Financing Your Rocklin Dentist Visit
Our Rocklin dental office is a fee for service dental practice. Payment is due at the time of services by check, cash or debit card unless arrangements have been made prior to service to process your dental insurance, Care Credit account or credit card.
Dental Insurance
Dr. Smurthwaite has made arrangements with most major dental insurance companies to submit electronic claims on your behalf. When you arrive, please notify your receptionist that you have dental insurance and she will provide you with the necessary forms to complete. If you do not have dental insurance, our Rocklin dental office can set up a Care Credit account for you.
CareCredit Dental Financing
No Interest and Low Interest Payment Options.
Care Credit is a line of credit that is offered to assist you in covering your dental healthcare costs when insurance and other forms of payment are not available to you. If you would like to use Care Credit, please let your receptionist know. The process of applying for Care Credit is easy and our receptionist can assist you in completing the on-line application or filling out the form while you are at our office. Approval usually takes only a few minutes.
Using Your Credit Card for Dental Services
 We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. Prior to treatment, simply let the receptionist know that you will be using your credit card and we will set your account up to reflect credit card as your payment preference.
Making Other Payment Arrangements
Dr. Smurthwaite wants to make sure that you receive the treatment you need to stay healthy. In some cases, Dr. Smurthwaite will have you sit with our financial coordinator to work out special payment terms when none of the terms above can be met. |
